🏔️ We are not only the developers — this is our home. After years of searching for the right opportunity, a group of friends came together to create our own place in the mountains — one rooted in sustainability, community, and peace.

🌳 Our mission is sustainability and tranquility. That’s why we’ve reduced density and preserved over 130 acres of green space, with trails and recreation integrated directly into the forest.

🛠️ The same natural building process we use on our own homes — hempcrete walls, passive solar design, recycled materials, and thermal mass heating — is what we’re using to build every structure in Walnut Hills.

👷 Our local general contractor has decades of experience building high-end custom homes throughout Highlands and Macon County. Together, we’ve created a grassroots team to launch the world’s first Hempcrete Ecohood — and we’re doing it one legacy home at a time.
